Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
